摘　　要：高密度布局是我国中心城市的基本形态,在中心城区的CBD区域,存在大量高层办公建筑。这些办公楼内的都市白领普遍面临着巨大压力,其中高强度工作的心理压力及长时间伏案工作的生理压力使大部分都市白领处于“亚健康”状态,甚至受到生理心理疾病的威胁。而疗愈是指“压力的缓解以及环境抚慰、恢复一个人的心理和情绪健康的能力”,而非强调能够治疗疾病的能力。因此,研究办公建筑的疗愈环境具有重要意义。空中庭院作为新型的城市设计语汇被应用在高层建筑尤其是办公建筑中,其纾解生理心理压力的作用已得到初步证实。针对研究目的,借助虚拟现实技术,搭配经典情绪评价量表及实时生理检测设备构建实验,探究空中庭院的空间形式、空间界面和天空可见性对白领健康的疗愈作用。通过统计分析生理和心理两方面的实验数据,探讨空中庭院的疗愈效益及各要素对疗愈效益大小的影响,得出若干对办公建筑具有疗愈作用的空中庭院设计建议。China’s central cities tend to have high-density layouts.High-density living environments in cities have many adverse effects.There are a large number of high-rise office buildings in the central business district(CBD).Urban white-collar workers in these buildings generally face great pressure.Most urban whitecollar workers have"sub-health"problems due to the psychological pressure of high-intensity work and the physiological pressure of working long hours at a desk.They are sometimes at risk of physiological and psychological diseases.Therefore,it is important to study healing environments in office buildings.A new type of urban design used in high-rise buildings,especially office buildings,is the"skycourt",a courtyard within the building that is open to the sky.Its effects in alleviating physiological and psychological pressure have been preliminarily demonstrated.However,existing studies mostly focus on single elements.Few studies consider practical constraints,resulting in limited practical references.In this study,key attention is paid to the healing effect of skycourts based on practical cases in the Pearl River Delta.Firstly,skycourt case studies were investigated.Then,the current spatial forms of skycourt in high-rise office buildings in China and abroad were summarized.The results lay a practical foundation for a follow-up experimental model.Through field research and literature review,the spatial form,spatial interface and sky visibility were selected as variables of experimental discussion.An experiment was conducted to discuss the healing effects of the spatial form,spatial interface and sky visibility of skycourts on the health of white-collar workers by using virtual reality(VR)technology,a classic emotional evaluation scale and real-time physiological monitoring devices.The experimental data on physiology and psychology were analysed in SPSS software.The healing effects of skycourt and their influences are discussed.The results show that(1)skycourts have a healing effect.When the sky is not visib
