摘　　要：加强高校辅导员队伍能力建设,才能更好地适应新时代所提出新的要求,在“互联网+”时代高校辅导员的网络信息素养是不可或缺的能力。针对有关现状进行实证研究发现,为进一步提升高校辅导员网络信息素养,高校要构建生态系统,普及科学标准,开展相应的培训,引导高校辅导员更新价值观念。In order to better adapt to the new requirements of the new era,it is indispensable to enhance the building of college counselors’ capacity.In the era of “Internet Plus”,network information literacy has become a very essential ability of college counselors.According to the relevant status quo and empirical research,in order to further upgrade the network information literacy of college counselors,colleges and universities are required to build an ecosystem,popularize scientific standards,carry out targeted training,and guide college counselors to improve their values.
