数字赋能贵州山地经济高质量发展路径研究

摘　　要：2022年1月国务院印发国发[2022]2号文件,明确提出了贵州要着力打造“四区一高地”的战略定位,基于贵州省情特点,促进山地经济高质量发展是“四区一高地”战略定位的内在要求。在当前发展数字经济成为国家战略的背景下,抢抓数字经济发展战略机遇,激活数据要素潜能,推动数字经济与山地经济融合发展,加快实现发展动力转换、结构优化、效率提升,是促进贵州山地经济高质量发展的必然选择。本研究在分析贵州山地经济发展现状及面临问题的基础上,探讨数字赋能贵州山地经济高质量发展的主要路径,提出了提高数字赋能效率促进贵州山地经济高质量发展的对策建议。The State Council [2022]No.2 Document issued by the State Council in January 2022,clearly proposed that Guizhou should focus on the strategic positioning of "Four districts and one highland".Based on the characteristics of Guizhou′s provincial conditions, promoting the high-quality development of mountainous economy is the inherent requirement of the development positioning of "Four districts and one highland".Under the background of developing digital economy as a national strategy, seizing the strategic opportunity of digital economy development, activating the potential of data elements, promoting the integrated development of digital economy and mountainous economy, and accelerating the transformation of development power, structural optimization, efficiency improvement are the inevitable choices to promote the high-quality development of mountainous economy in Guizhou.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of Guizhou mountainous economy development, this study discusses the main path of high-quality development of Guizhou mountainous economy with digital empowerment, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the efficiency of digital empowerment to promote the high-quality development of Guizhou mountainous economy.
