摘　　要：通过对黄河流域近年来农业灌溉情况的调研,分析了黄河流域及下游引黄灌区农业灌溉取水量、耗水量变化情况和现状年各省(自治区)农田灌溉水平。以黄河流域“十四五”期间实施现代化改造的34处大型灌区为对象,分析了黄河流域“十四五”大型灌区节水潜力。结合黄河流域灌区发展规划,提出实施黄河流域灌区深度节水控水、保障灌区高质量发展的对策建议。Based on investigations on agricultural irrigation development in recent years,studies are made on changes of abstraction and utilization of agricultural irrigation water in the Yellow River Basin and irrigation districts with diverted water from the Yellow River in the lower reaches,as well as the level of farmland irrigation of each province(autonomous region)in the current year.Studies are made on the potential of water-saving in 34 large-scale irrigation districts in the Yellow River Basin during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.In line with the development plan of irrigation districts in the Yellow River Basin,measures and suggestions are made for tapping potential of water saving and control of water use,so as to ensure high-quality development of the irrigation districts.
