摘　　要：江西省水资源禀赋良好,但由于降雨时空分布不均、水资源开发利用方式粗放等原因,水资源供需矛盾凸显。节水优先是保护江西“绿色财富”的必由之路。从建章立制、部门联动、载体创建、科普宣教等方面总结了江西节水工作的经验与做法。针对江西省用水指标偏紧、节水意识不强、基础设施落后、内生动力不足和从业人员紧缺等问题开展了研究,提出相应对策,为推进江西节水工作走深走实提供科学决策依据。Jiangxi Province is endowed with rich water resources,but water demand surpasses supply due to the uneven spatial and temporal distribution of rainfall and extensive water development and utilization.Giving priority to water conservation is the only way to protect the“wealth of green water”in Jiangxi Province.Experiences and practices of Jiangxi are summarized from the aspects of setting up rules and regulations,integrated actions,effective organization,science popularization and education,etc.In view of problems with water use indicators,lacking of awareness of water conservation,aging of infrastructures and insufficiency of employees,this studies are made with relevant measures,in order to provide a base for scientific decision-making for promoting water conservation in Jiangxi Province.
