摘  要:为提高超低渗油田水驱效果,解决常规分层注水面临的测调费用高、周期长、数据采集不连续等问题,在深入认识波码通讯原理的基础上,探索应用“压力+时长”编码方式,研制基于波码通讯的分层注水装置,实现地面和井下双向无线通信,达到注水井分层精细注水的目的。该装置可替代传统人工测调,有利于降低油田开采成本,提高采收率,实现井下数据连续采集。基于波码通讯的分层注水技术可替代传统的分层注水技术,成为超低渗透油田提高注水采收率的核心技术。In order to improve the effect of water drive in ultra-low permeability oilfield and solve the problems of high testing and adjustment cost,long period and discontinuous data acquisition faced by conventional layered water injection,the“pressure+duration”coding method is explored on the basis of in-depth understanding of the principle of wave code communication and applied to develop a layered water injection device based on wave code communication,so as to realize two-way wireless communication between the ground and underground and achieve layered fine water injection in water injection wells.This device can replace the traditional manual measurement and adjustment,which is conducive to reducing the oilfield production cost,enhancing the oil recovery and realizing the continuous downhole data acquisition.The layered water injection technology based on wave code communication can replace the traditional layered water injection technology and become the core technology of enhancing the oil recovery by water injection in ultra-low permeability oilfields.
