摘  要:Sondex爬行器缆头张力磁定位短节用于判断爬行器在输送仪器过程中的受力情况和运行状态。为解决进口缆头张力磁定位短节结构渗水和高温下张力输出值偏移的问题,改进和重新设计了机械结构,使仪器无外焊接点,降低了渗水风险;同时,在电路中增加温度补偿电路,解决了输出值温漂大的问题。新研制的缆头张力磁定位短节已成功应用到实际生产中,降低了施工风险,保障了作业安全。The HTC of Sondex crawler is used to judge the stress and operation state of the crawler in the process of conveying instrument.In order to solve the problems of water seepage and deviation of tension output value at high temperature,the mechanical structure is improved and redesigned so that the instrument has no external welding points,reducing the risk of water seepage.In addition,a temperature compensation circuit is added to the circuit to solve the problem of large temperature drift of output value.The developed HTC has been successfully applied to practical production,which is of great significance to reduce construction risk and safeguard operations.
