摘 要:压裂支撑剂是实现压裂技术的关键材料,科学、准确和客观评价其质量,是压裂技术顺利实施的重要保障。压裂支撑剂浊度检验过程复杂、步骤繁琐和干扰因素较多,检测结果易被干扰。因此,有必要评价压裂支撑剂浊度测试结果的不确定度。压裂支撑剂浊度测试评定结果表明,吸量管移取待测液和人工操作是不确定度的主要影响因素,天平称重和上机测试对结果影响较小。经过计算,支撑剂浊度为45.2时扩展不确定度为3.8,包含因子k为2。应降低吸量管移取待测液和人工操作导致的不确定度,以提高测试结果的可靠性。The fracturing proppants are the key materials for realizing fracturing.Scientific,accurate and objective evaluation of their quality is an important guarantee for successful implementation of the fracturing technology.The turbidity test processes of proppants are complicated and cumbersome,thus many interference factors may disturb the test results easily.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an evaluation model for the measurement uncertainty of the fracturing proppant turbidity.The evaluation results show that pipetting and manual operation are the main sources of uncertainty,and balance weighing and computer testing have little effect on the results.It is calculated that when the turbidity is 45.2,the expanded uncertainty is 3.8,and the inclusion factor k is 2.It is necessary to reduce the uncertainty caused by pipetting the tested liquid and manual operation in order to improve the reliability of the test results.
