摘  要:介绍了18起环焊缝失效案例,发现环焊缝泄漏多发生在试压和运行初期,主要由焊接缺陷引起。断裂可发生在任何阶段,未发现起裂源与焊缝缺陷有关,主要由附加载荷造成。对环焊缝失效进行全尺寸试验模拟,6起高钢级含缺陷环焊缝内压试验表明,4起试验失效位置位于母材,2起位于环焊缝,其中环焊缝失效以泄漏形式发生。1起内压加弯曲试验表明,失效发生在环焊缝,且以断裂形式发生。油气管道在以内压为主的正常工况下,环焊缝缺陷失效以危害性较小的泄漏形式发生,不会发生断裂等灾难性事故,外部载荷治理是防止灾难性事故发生的最主要措施。Eighteen failure cases of girth weld were introduced.It is found that girth weld leakage mostly occurs in field test or early stage of operation and it is mainly caused by welding defects.Girth weld break can occur at any stage of pipeline life span,mainly caused by additional load.No crack source of weld break was found to be related to weld defects.Full scale tests of high grade steel girth weld with defect were carried out.Six internal pressure tests showed that four of which were broken on the base metal and two leaked on the girth weld.One internal pressure with bending test showed that break occurred at girth weld.Weld defects in girth welds can lead to leakage and additional load can lead to break.So for girth weld with defect,leakage rather than break will occur under normal service condition dominated by internal pressure,which has a low failure consequence.External load management is the most important measurement to prevent catastrophic accidents.
