摘　　要：针对目前八扇区水泥胶结测井仪故障逐年升高的问题,在介绍仪器测量原理和电路结构基础上,结合多年维修维护实践,分析了该仪器在油田使用过程中出现的仪器无信号输出、信号不完整、信号有干扰等典型故障现象,总结了快速分析、判断和解决相应故障问题的方法。这些方法可帮助维修人员快速判断故障点,解决日常维修的问题,有效提高测井仪维修质量和效率。Aiming at the increasing failures of the eight-sector cement bond logging tool,on the basis of introducing the measuring principle and circuit structure of the instrument,the typical fault phenomena of the instrument,such as no signal output,incomplete signal and signal interference,are analyzed combined with years of maintenance practice.The methods to rapidly analyze,judge and solve the corresponding faults are summarized.These methods help to quickly find the failure point,solve the daily maintenance problems,and improve the quality and efficiency of logging tool maintenance effectively.
