摘  要:介绍了钢悬链立管(SCR)的生产工艺,分析了各类生产方式的优劣,确定采用热轧、冷拔和管端机加工的工艺路线。采用卧式车床加工钢悬链立管管端,分析了局部加工不完整的原因,并对来料钢管进行了限定,基本杜绝了管端加工不完整的情况。根据前期卧式车床加工钢悬链立管出现加工面抖动、波浪纹现象,采用两组环形中心架夹持钢管,有效解决了上述问题,加工后管端尺寸精度高,满足技术协议和客户使用要求。The production process of steel catenary riser(SCR)is introduced in this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of various production methods are analyzed,and the process route composed of hot rolling,cold drawing and pipe end machining is determined.The horizontal lathe is used to machine the pipe end of steel catenary riser.The causes of incomplete processing part are analyzed,and the incoming steel pipe is further limited,which basically eliminates the incomplete processing part of pipe end.In addition,aiming at the machining surface shaking and wavy lines of steel catenary riser machined by horizontal lathe in the early stage,two groups of annular center frames are used to clamp the steel pipe,which effectively solves the above problems.The dimensional accuracy of the machined pipe end is high and meets the technical agreement and customer requirements.
