摘 要:为了研究管棚注浆对含泥质砂岩隧道进出口的加固效果,以松潘隧道进口段为工程背景,结合COMSOL数值模拟软件和现场监测手段,实现对加固区弹性模量、管棚间距和注浆间距等施工参数对管棚沉降量影响的定量分析。结果表明:在管棚注浆加固区域内,管棚沉降量从衬砌、临空面、掌子面到未开挖区域呈现先增大后减小的分段趋势,在掌子面附近沉降量达到最大;管棚的最大沉降量随加固区弹性模量和注浆半径的增大而减小,随管棚间距的增大而增大;其中管棚间距变化对管棚沉降量影响最弱。In order to study the reinforcement effect of pipe shelter grouting on the inlet and outlet of muddy sandstone tunnel,the influence of construction parameters such as elastic modulus of reinforcement area,pipe shelter spacing and grouting spacing on pipe shelter settlement was quantitatively analyzed by taking the inlet section of Songpan tunnel as the engineering background and combining with COMSOL numerical simulation software and field monitoring methods.The results show that in the grouting reinforcement area of the pipe shed,the settlement of the pipe shed increases firstly and then decreases from the lining,the empty surface,the head face to the unexcavated area,and the settlement reaches the maximum near the head face.The maximum settlement of pipe shed decreases with the increase of elastic modulus and grouting radius,but increases with the increase of pipe shed spacing.Among them,the influence of pipe shed spacing on pipe shed settlement is the weakest.
