摘　　要：脉冲电场是一种新型的能量发射方式,其原理是通过高压电场使心肌细胞发生穿孔而致心肌细胞死亡。脉冲电场基本不产热,且组织选择性强,可以仅特异性地使心肌组织发生透壁性损伤,而对邻近组织不产生影响,因此不会发生心房食管瘘、膈神经损伤等并发症。因其不破坏细胞外基质,也不会致肺静脉狭窄。因此,脉冲电场消融(PFA)是一种很有前景的治疗心房颤动的工具。未来PFA还有望应用于其他房性、室上性或室性快速性心律失常的治疗。Pulsed field ablation is a novel nonthermal ablative modality that uses pulsed(short living),strong electrical field created around catheter to create microscopic pores in cell membranes(electroporation),while spare the extracellular matrix.When adequately dosed/configured it shows a preference for myocardial tissue necrosis,with low rate of those complications that are typically reported for thermal ablation methods(esophageal injury,pulmonary vein stenosis,phrenic nerve palsy).Thus,it holds a promise to become a’perfect’energy source for cardiac ablation to treat atrial fibrillation,and it may be used for the treatment for other atrial tachyarrhythmias,supraventricular tachycardias,and ventricular tachyarrhythmias in the future.
