摘  要:针对板翅换热器各层流道流体分布不均匀问题,提出一种新型异形孔导流增效结构。以流量均匀程度为设计目标,同时考虑换热器入口不同位置流动速度差异,通过采集关键控制点附近流体速度向量,设计一种变孔径的异形孔导流结构。采用计算流体力学方法分析异形孔导流结构板翅换热器内部流体流动与热量传递,同时对换热器流场与温度场进行数值模拟,得到流体流动与温度分布规律并与传统导流结构进行对比。结果表明:异形孔导流结构可在增加流体流动压降的同时提升换热器流体均匀分布程度,导致传热过程中的热压比增加;采用异形孔导流结构可以在一定程度上改善流体均匀分布程度,降低冲击作用,而对异形孔结构进行合理优化与布局可以更好地改善流体在换热器入口位置分布均匀程度,提升换热器的传热性能。A new kind of irregularly-shaped hole leading flow structure was proposed for solving the inhomogeneous distribution of fluid among different layers at the inlet of the exchanger.With the goal of flow uniformity and considering the difference of flow velocity at different positions at the inlet of the heat exchanger,a variable hole diversion irregularly-shaped leading flow structure was designed by collecting the fluid velocity vector near the key control points.The internal fluid flow and heat transfer of the irregularly-shaped leading flow structure plate-fin heat exchanger were analyzed,the numerical simulations of the heat exchanger flow field and the temperature field were carried out,and the fluid flow field and temperature distribution rule were obtained and compared with the traditional diversion structure.The results show that the irregularly-shaped hole leading flow structure can increase the fluid uniform distribution degree in the heat exchanger,which leads to the increase of the heat pressure ratio in the process of heat transfer;by using the irregularly-shaped hole diversion structure,the uniform distribution of the fluid can be improved and the impact can be reduced to a certain extent,while through the reasonable optimization and layout of the irregularly-shaped structure,the uniform distribution of the fluid at the heat exchanger inlet position and the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger can be improved.
