大学生健康信息素养的提升路径研究

摘　　要：大学生健康信息素养对“健康中国”战略实施具有重要意义。本研究以大学生健康信息素养为对象,从意识、获取、评价、应用及道德水平五个维度,对我国1 080名在读大学生健康信息素养的现状进行问卷调查。调查结果显示,大学生健康信息获取策略和方式不够全面,信息评价判断辨析较弱,信息应用水平有待提高,信息素养发挥效果不佳。文章从政府、社会、高校和大学生四个层面,提出推动大学生健康信息素养协同培育的对策建议:健全政府的健康信息治理机制和服务体系;强化媒介的健康信息舆情社会责任;优化高校的健康信息素养教育体系;提升大学生自身的健康信息素养及作用效果。College students’ health information literacy is of great significance to the implementation of “Healthy China” strategy.Taking college students’ health information literacy as the object,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation of 1,080 college students’ health information literacy in China from the five dimensions of consciousness,acquisition,evaluation,application and moral level.The survey results show that the strategies and methods of obtaining health information of college students are not comprehensive enough,the discrimination of information evaluation and judgment is weak,the level of information application needs to be improved,and the effect of information literacy is not good.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four levels of government,society,universities and college students,to promote the collaborative cultivation of college students’ health information literacy:improve the government’s health information governance mechanism and service system;strengthen the social responsibility of health information and public opinion of the media;optimize the health information literacy education system in universities;improve college students’ health information literacy and its effect.
