摘 要:OLED像素电路存在OLED发光不均匀的问题,其中一个重要原因是开关晶体管在关闭时存在漏电流,致使驱动晶体管的栅极电压不稳定,从而影响图像显示均匀性,影响显示质量。本研究通过专利数据库对漏电流补偿像素电路进行检索,并对其中几种典型的补偿结构进行介绍和分析,旨在了解业内两种通常的漏电流补偿方法,一是从开关晶体管的结构出发进行设计改进自身的漏电流,二是从电路结构出发设置漏电流抑制电路来补偿开关晶体管的漏电流,最后提出了一些设计方面的考虑。One of the important reasons for the uneven luminescence of OLED in OLED Pixel circuit is that there is leakage current when switching transistor is tured off, which makes the gate voltage part of driving transistor stable, and thus affects the image display uniformity, the Pixel Circuit of leakage current compensation is searched by patent database, and several typical compensation structures are introduced and analyzed, in order to understand the industry′s two common methods of leakage current compensation: First, starting from the structure of switching transistor design to improve their own leakage current, secondly, the leakage current suppression circuit is set up to compensate the leakage current of the switching transistor. Finally, some design considerations are put forward.
