摘 要:为解决浮顶油罐维温加热能耗大、运行成本高问题,建立了浮顶油罐太阳能相变维温系统仿真模型。基于TRNSYS平台研究其运行特性,分析系统中相变储热箱蓄放热效率、原油静储热负荷以及原油供热量占比等指标,并与其他供热系统对比经济效益。结果表明:建立的浮顶油罐太阳能相变维温系统分析模型平均偏差为5.6%;4~12月份浮顶油罐太阳能相变维温系统满足原油静储需求;相比太阳能维温系统和锅炉系统,太阳能相变维温系统可节省年总投资费用6.9%和40%。To solve the problems of high energy consumption and high operating cost for temperature maintenance and heating of floating roof oil tank,a simulation model of floating roof oil tank heating system with solar energy and phase change heat storage was established.The operation characteristics including that the heat storage and release efficiency of the phase change heat storage tank in the system,the static heat storage load of crude oil,and the proportion of crude oil heat supply are investigated based on TRNSYS platform,as well as the economic benefits are compared with other heating systems.The results show that the average deviation of the model is 5.6%.From April to December,the floating roof oil tank heating system with solar energy and phase change heat storage can meet the static storage demand of crude oil.Compared with solar heating system and boiler system,the proposed system can save 6.9%and 40%of annual total investment cost.
