摘　　要：结合用能侧工况条件下的锅炉能效测试,能够更客观地评价锅炉在连续变工况运行条件下的能效水平。本文对某包装企业配套的一台10 t/h生物质成型燃料饱和蒸汽锅炉在一个生产周期期间,依据用能侧工况,进行了锅炉运行能效测试。按照固定时间步长,对用能侧及锅炉的能效相关参数进行连续性监测。采用积分方式对测试数据进行计算及分析,得出了锅炉正反平衡效率,明确了生产过程的用能状况。测试结果为企业节能并优化用能提供参考依据,同时,采用的测试方法对完善锅炉能效评价具有重要意义。Combined with the boiler energy efficiency test under the working conditions of energy consumption side,the energy efficiency level of the boiler under continuous variable operating conditions can be evaluated more objectively.In this paper,the operation energy efficiency of a 10 t/h biomass pellets saturated steam boiler of a packaging enterprise was tested during a production cycle,combined with the working conditions of energy consumption side.According to the fixed time step,the energy consumption side and the boiler energy efficiency related parameters were continuously tested.The test data were calculated and analyzed by integral method,the positive and negative balance efficiency of boiler was obtained,and the energy consumption status of production process was clarified.The test results provide reference for energy saving optimization of enterprises.Meanwhile,the test method adopted is of great significance to improve the evaluation of boiler energy efficiency.
