摘  要:寒冷地区油气集输管网采取保温、加热或伴热等措施以保障管网的正常运行,但上述方法需要消耗大量能源为采出液加热,因此降低集输系统能耗成为亟需攻克的难题。基于新疆油田玛131井区管网设计和历史运行数据,建立相应的OLGA管网仿真系统。将夏季管网流动参数计算结果与玛131井区的检测数据对比,发现温度和压力的误差分别小于0.4%和18.6%,验证了OLGA仿真结果的正确性。计算集输管网在冬季最冷工况下的流动参数,其温度和压力保持在合理范围内。提出现场通过监测每条管道的温度和压降,设置合理的温度和压降范围,对温度和压降异常的管道开展周期性扫线,对部分温度较低的井口实施加热。计算结果证明了玛湖油田常温集输的可行性,在常温集输时适当采取流动保障措施可提高集输管网冬季输送的安全性。The oil and gas gathering pipeline network in cold areas takes measures such as insulation,heating or tracing heat to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline network,but the above methods need to consume a lot of energy to heat the recovery fluid,so reducing the energy consumption of the gathering system has become an urgent problem to be overcome.Based on the design and historical operation data of the pipeline network in Ma 131 well area of Xinjiang oilfield,a corresponding OLGA pipeline network simulation system is established.Comparing the calculated results of the flow parameters of the pipeline network in summer with the testing data of the Ma 131 well area,it was found that the errors of temperature and pressure were less than 0.4%and 18.6%,respectively,which verified the correctness of the OLGA simulation results.The calculated flow parameters of the gathering pipeline network under the coldest conditions in winter are kept within a reasonable range of temperature and pressure.It is proposed that the field set reasonable temperature and pressure drop ranges by monitoring the temperature and pressure drop of each pipeline,carry out periodic line sweeping for pipelines with abnormal temperature and pressure drop,and implement heating for some of the lower temperature wellheads.The calculation results prove the feasibility of normal temperature gathering in Mahu oilfield,and the appropriate flow assurance measures in normal temperature gathering can improve the safety of winter transmission in the gathering pipeline network.
