单病种病房和护理管理模式对前列腺癌患者住院时间、费用及复诊率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨单病种病房和护理管理模式对前列腺癌患者住院时间、费用及复诊率的影响。方法:选择2020年1月至2022年5月在试点医院治疗前列腺癌的94例患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47),对照组予以常规护理管理,观察组予以单病种病房和护理管理,比较两组患者在护理管理后的心理状况、生活质量、住院时间、费用、复诊率情况。结果:观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的住院时间、住院费用及回院复诊率情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者精神健康、情感职能、身体疼痛、生理功能、活动、社会功能以及总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对前列腺癌患者使用单病种病房和护理管理模式有助于改善患者的不良心理,提高患者的生活质量,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,降低复诊率,有临床推广价值。Objective: The paper was to investigate the effects of single-disease ward and nursing management mode on length of stay, cost and readmission rate of patients with prostate cancer. Methods: A total of 94 patients with prostate cancer who was treated in pilot hospitals from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as subjects and divided into control group(n=47) and observation group(n=47) according to random number table.The control group was given routine nursing management and the observation group was given single-disease wards and nursing management. The psychological status, quality of life, length of stay, cost, readmission rate of the two groups was compared after the nursing management. Results: SAS score and SDS score of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05). Length of hospitalization, cost and readmission rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05). The score of mental health, emotional function, body aches, physical function,activity, social function and general health in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Adopting single-disease wards and nursing management mode for prostate cancer patients help to improve their mental health and quality of life, shorten hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization costs and reduce readmission rate, which is valuable to be promoted,.
