加巴喷丁联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨加巴喷丁联合依帕司他对糖尿病痛性神经病变的治疗效果。方法98例糖尿病痛性神经病变患者,通过随机自愿原则分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。两组患者均提供基础治疗,对照组患者采用依帕司他治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用加巴喷丁治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗后的神经病变主觉症状问卷(TSS)评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率89.80%高于对照组的69.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的疼痛、感觉异常、灼烧感和麻木感评分分别为(0.92±0.22)、(1.23±0.47)、(1.02±0.52)、(1.03±0.33)分,均低于对照组的(1.67±0.65)、(1.98±0.56)、(2.05±0.65)、(2.16±0.54)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过加巴喷丁联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变可提升临床疗效,改善TSS评分,值得推荐。Objective To discuss the effect of gabapentin combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic painful neuropathy.Methods A total of 98 patients with diabetic painful neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with epalrestat,and the observation group was treated with gabapentin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the total symptoms score(TSS)after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 89.80% in the observation group was higher than 69.39% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,paresthesia,burning sensation and numbness in the observation group were(0.92±0.22),(1.23±0.47),(1.02±0.52),and(1.03±0.33)points,which were all lower than(1.67±0.65),(1.98±0.56),(2.05±0.65),and(2.16±0.54)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gabapentin combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic painful neuropathy can enhance the clinical efficacy and improve the TSS score,which is worth recommending.
