中医关节粘连松解术对经手术治疗后足踝部损伤患者的康复效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价中医关节粘连松解术对经手术治疗后足踝部损伤患者的康复效果。方法48例足踝部损伤经手术治疗后的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各24例。对照组患者给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上在术后加用中医关节粘连松解术。比较两组疗效、踝-后足评分系统(AOFAS)评分、疼痛程度评分及关节活动度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组AOFAS评分(61.98±3.60)分高于对照组的(58.66±3.30)分,疼痛程度评分(1.12±0.62)分低于对照组的(2.21±0.68)分,背屈活动度(24.66±4.24)°、跖屈活动度(38.35±5.28)°大于对照组的(19.75±3.58)、(31.75±5.16)°,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过中医关节粘连松解术对经手术治疗后足踝部损伤的患者进行术后功能修复,能显著改善患者踝关节跖屈、背屈活动度及关节功能,其治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation treatment for patients with ankle and foot injury by traditional Chinese medicine lysis of joint adhesions.Methods A total of 48 patients with foot and ankle injury after surgical treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 24 cases in each group.Patients in the control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,and patients in the observation group were additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine lysis of joint adhesions on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)score,pain level score and range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 66.67% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AOFAS score(61.98±3.60)points of the observation group was higher than(58.66±3.30)points of the control group;the pain level score(1.12±0.62)points was lower than(2.21±0.68)points of the control group;dorsiflexion range of motion(24.66±4.24)°and plantar flexion range of motion(38.35±5.28)°were greater than(19.75±3.58)and(31.75±5.16)°of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine lysis of joint adhesions has remarkable effect on postoperative functional repair of patients with foot and ankle injury,and can significantly improve the dorsiflexion range of motion and plantar flexion range of motion,and improve their joint function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
