摘  要:分别采用磷酸、硼酸、尿素掺杂改性活性碳纤维毡(ACF)(记为PACF、BACF和NACF),研究了改性前后ACF电极的表观结构及电化学性能。结果表明,PACF的孔隙率和比表面积增大,O—P等含氧基团增多,出现更多活性位点,电催化活性增强。以PACF为阴极,采用电化学法处理含活性红X-3B的模拟印染废水。在废水pH=3.0、Na_(2)SO_(4)投加量为50 mmol/L、Fe^(2+)投加量为0.60 mmol/L、电流密度为20 mA/cm^(2)的条件下,反应180 min后,废水脱色率达100%,UV_(254)和COD去除率分别为97.13%和99.02%。重复使用5次后,PACF的性能仍好于ACF。The activated carbon fiber felt(ACF)was modified by doping with phosphoric acid,boric acid and urea,respectively(denoted by PACF,BACF and NACF).The apparent structure and chemical properties of the ACF electrode before and after modification were studied.The results show that the porosity,the specific surface area,the O-P and other oxygen-containing groups and the active site of PACF are increased,and the electro-catalytic activity of PACF is improved.Using PACF as cathode,the simulated dyeing wastewater containing reactive red X-3B was treated by electrochemical method.Under the optimal conditions of pH=3.0,Na_(2)SO_(4)amount 50 mmol/L,Fe^(2+)amount 0.6 mmol/L,current density 20 mA/cm^(2)and reaction time 180 min,the decolorization rate of the wastewater reaches 100%,and the removal rate of UV_(254) and COD reach 97.13%and 99.02%,respectively.After reused for 5 times,the performance of PACF is still better than that of ACF.
