摘 要:以含锌电炉粉尘为原料,添加MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O弥补金属离子不足,采用水热法制备了尖晶石型Mn-Zn铁氧体,运用XRD、XRF、SEM-EDS和VSM技术进行了表征。结果表明:当含锌电炉粉尘与MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O质量比(R)减小时,所制备Mn-Zn铁氧体的饱和磁化强度和矫顽力均增加,晶粒尺寸减小;当水热反应温度升高时,饱和磁化强度增加,矫顽力和晶粒尺寸均减小。含锌电炉粉尘经2 mol/L NaOH溶液预处理后,所制备Mn-Zn铁氧体的磁性能大幅提升。在水热温度为220℃、R为1∶1.0的优化条件下反应6 h所制备Mn-Zn铁氧体的微观形貌为表面光滑的球状颗粒,饱和磁化强度达64.35 A·m^(2)/kg,矫顽力为1.11 A/m,晶粒尺寸为19.05 nm。Spinel-type Mn-Zn ferrites were prepared by hydrothermal method using Zn-containing electric arc furnace dust(EAFD)as raw material and adding MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O to make up the deficiency of metal ions.The samples were characterized by XRD,XRF,SEM-EDS and VSM.The results show that:When the mass ratio(R)of EAFD to MnSO_(4)·H_(2)O decreases,the saturation magnetization and coercivity of the prepared Mn-Zn ferrites is increased,while the grain size is decreased;As the temperature of the hydrothermal reaction increased,the saturation magnetization is increased,while the coercivity and grain size are decreased.After the pretreatment of Zinc-containing electric furnace dust with 2 mol/L NaOH solution,the magnetic property of the prepared Mn-Zn ferrites is greatly improved.Under the optimum technology conditions of hydrothermal temperature 220℃,R=1∶1.0 and hydrothermal reaction time 6 h,the prepared Mn-Zn ferrites are spherical particles with smooth surface,64.35 A·m^(2)/kg of saturation magnetization,1.11 A/m of coercivity and 19.05 nm of grain size.
