摘 要:以海上油基岩屑脱油残渣为基本原料制备免烧砖。对脱油残渣进行了表征,考察了脱油残渣掺加量对免烧砖性能的影响,并对免烧砖浸出液污染物进行了分析。实验结果表明:脱油残渣的元素组成以Si、Al、Fe、Ca和Ba为主,矿物组成以石英(SiO_(2))、高岭土(Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2)·2H_(2)O)和重晶石(BaSO_(4))为主,粒径为1.58~50.63μm;在脱油残渣、水泥、细集料、粗集料、石膏和聚乙烯醇的质量分数分别为20.0%,20.0%,47.5%,8.0%,4.0%,0.5%,水固(质量)比为14%的条件下,制得的免烧砖的抗压强度为15.69 MPa,吸水率为10.44%,软化系数为0.83,抗冻性能良好,建材性能满足《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》(JC/T 422—2007)中MU15强度等级。脱油残渣作为掺加原料制备免烧砖,可以替代部分细集料,解决了油基岩屑脱油残渣上岸后的末端处置问题。Offshore oil-based drilling cuttings deoiling residues(ODCDRs)were used as raw materials to prepare baking-free bricks.The ODCDRs were characterized.The effect of ODCDRs amount on the performance of baking-free bricks was investigated.The contaminants in the leachate of baking-free bricks were analyzed.The results show that:The ODCDRs are mainly composed of Si,Al,Fe,Ca and Ba,the mineral composition was dominated by quartz(SiO_(2)),kaolinite(Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2)·2H_(2)O)and barite(BaSO_(4)),and the particle sizes of the ODCDRs is 1.58-50.63μm;When the mass fraction of ODCDRs,cement,fine aggregate,coarse aggregate,gypsum and polyvinyl alcohol is 20.0%,20.0%,47.5%,8.0%,4.0%and 0.5%,respectively,and the water-solid mass ratio is 14%,the prepared baking-free bricks has a compressive strength of 15.69 MPa,a water absorption of 10.44%,a softening coefficient of 0.83,and a good frost resistance.The building material performance of the baking-free bricks meets the MU15 strength grade in Non-Fired Rubbish Gangue Brick(JC/T 422-2007).Used as blending raw materials for preparation of bakingfree bricks,the ODCDRs can replace part of the fine aggregates,which can solve the problem of terminal disposal of ODCDRs after landing.
