摘　　要：京大戟系大戟科植物。京大戟作为一种传统蒙药,所含化学成分复杂,具有多种药理活性,被广泛用于治疗浮肿、水肿、黄水病等疾病,是目前国内外研究的热点天然药物之一。现就京大戟的化学成分、药理作用、毒性、定性定量等方面进行概述,为今后临床合理应用及开发推广提供参考。Euphorbia pekinensis is a euphorbiaceae plant.As a traditional Mongolian medicine,Euphorbia pekinensis contains complex chemical components and has a variety of pharmacological activities.It is widely used in the treatment of dropsy,edema,grasserie and other diseases,and is one of the hot natural drugs studied at home and abroad.The paper reviews the research on the active components,pharmacological effects,toxicity,qualitative and quantitative analysis of Euphorbia pekinensis in recent years,which provide reference for clinical rational application and development and promotion in the future.
