摘　　要：哮喘是一种常见的由多种细胞和细胞组分参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病,其急性发作可给麻醉医师带来一定的挑战,如未能及时正确处理,可能危及病人生命。近年研究发现,七氟醚对哮喘的影响体现在哮喘病理过程的多个环节,主要与抑制气道炎症、促进气道扩张、抑制气道重塑等方面有关。本文就近年来七氟醚对哮喘影响的相关实验研究,以及在哮喘持续状态的临床应用,作一综述,以期为七氟醚用于哮喘缓解提供一定的理论依据。Asthma is a common chronic inflammatory disease of the airway with the participation of a variety of cells and cellular components.Its acute attack can bring certain challenges to anesthesiologists.If it is not treated correctly in time,it may endanger the lives of patients.In recent years,it has been found that the effect of sevoflurane on asthma is reflected in many aspects of the pathologi⁃cal process of asthma,which is mainly related to inhibiting airway inflammation,promoting airway dilation,inhibiting airway remodeling and so on.In this paper,the relevant experimental studies on the effect of sevoflurane on asthma in recent years and the clinical applica⁃tion of sevoflurane in asthma status are reviewed to provide some theoretical basis for the use of sevoflurance for asthma relief.
