摘  要:[目的]建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定不同土壤样品中氟氯吡啶酯残留量,利用薄层层析法研究氟氯吡啶酯在水稻土、褐土、潮土、红壤土、黑土中的移动特性。[方法]土壤样品经乙腈(含0.2%甲酸)提取,PSA净化,经HPLC-MS/MS测定。[结果]氟氯吡啶酯在5种土壤薄层层析板中主要分布在0~30 mm处,Rf值均为0.08。氟氯吡啶酯在5种不同类型土壤中的移动能力很弱,属于不移动农药。[结论]试验所建立的分析方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于检测土壤中氟氯吡啶酯含量,并且在正常条件下,通过移动作用氟氯吡啶酯进入地下水从而造成污染的概率比较低。[Aims] This study aims to establish a method for the determination of halauxifen-methy1 residues in five soil samples by HPLC-MS/MS, and to study the movement characteristics of halauxifen-methy1 in soil by thin-layer chromatography. [Methods] The soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile(containing 0.2% formic acid), purified with PSA and determined by HPLC-MS/MS. [Results] Halauxifen-methy1 was mainly distributed at 0-30 mm in five kinds of soil thin layer chromatography plates, and the Rf value was 0.08. The mobile ability of halauxifen-methy1value in five kinds of soil was non mobile. [Conclusions] The results showed that the analytical method established in this paper has good accuracy and precision, and is suitable for detecting the content of halauxifen-methy1 in soil. Under normal conditions, it is difficult for halauxifen-methy1 to enter groundwater through eluviation, resulting in pollution.
