摘  要:[目的]评价3种微生物菌剂对棉花出苗的影响及立枯病和黄萎病的田间防治效果,筛选出苗率高、防病效果好的微生物菌剂。[方法]以清水为空白对照(CK),10亿CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂为药剂对照,采用拌种法进行田间药效试验。[结果]各药剂处理对棉花出苗产生不同程度的抑制作用,较对照相比出苗率下降2.7%~26.7%,1000亿CFU/g解淀粉芽孢杆菌种子处理可分散粉剂(KN-527)处理与对照出苗率无差异。棉花苗期立枯病病株率在2.27%~15.33%之间,各药剂处理防治效果为25.83%~89.02%,KN-527和200亿CFU/g多粘类芽孢杆菌种子处理可分散粉剂(KN-03)处理防治效果显著高于其他药剂处理。各药剂处理后不同时期棉花黄萎病病情指数均显著下降,黄萎病防治效果在10.68%~91.30%之间,KN-527处理防治效果优于其他药剂。[结论]1000亿CFU/g解淀粉芽孢杆菌种子处理可分散粉剂(KN-527)是防治棉花立枯病和黄萎病的理想微生物菌剂。[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the effect of three microbial agents on cotton seedling emergence and the field control effect against damping off diease and Verticillium wilt, and to screen out the microbial agents with high seedling emergence rate and better disease control effect. [Methods] We carried out field efficacy trials by seed mixing method, water was used as blank control, and 1 billion CFU/g Bacillus subtilis wettable powder was used as control.[Results] The cotton emergence rate decreased by 2.7%-26.7% compared with CK, and there was no difference between 100 billion CFU/g of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens dispersible powder(KN-527) treatment and CK. The disease rate of cotton seedling was 2.27%-15.33%, and the control effect of each treatment was 25.83%-89.02%. The control effect of KN-527 and 20 billion CFU/g of B. polymyxae dispersible powder(KN-03) was significantly higher than that in other treatments. The disease index of Verticillium wilt decreased significantly in different periods after treatment,and the control effect ranged from 10.68% to 91.30%. The control effect of KN-527 treatment was better than other agents. [Conclusions] 100 Billion CFU/g of B. amyloliquefaciens(KN-527) was an ideal microbial agent for control of damping off diease and Verticillium wilt.
