水稻纹枯病生防菌的筛选及田间防治效果

摘　　要：[目的]发掘抗水稻纹枯病生防菌。[方法]利用室内抑制活性和田间防效综合筛选,联合形态学、生理生化特性和16S r DNA序列进行鉴定。[结果]SHBN-4、KYXN-10和KYXN-12抑菌圈分别为21.50、28.17、23.00 mm,菌核萌发抑制率分别为89.51%、70.62%和56.14%。3株生防菌田间保护作用均高于治疗作用。KYXN-10为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),KYXN-12为高地芽孢杆菌(B. altitudinis),SHBN-4为侧孢短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)。[结论]高地芽孢杆菌在水稻纹枯病生物防治中首次报道,为水稻纹枯病的绿色防控提供了新途径。[Aims] This study aims to discover biocontrol bacteria with good antagonistic effects against Rhizoctonia solani. [Methods] In this study, the inhibitory activity in lab and field control effect were tested to comprehensively screen out the biocontrol bacteria, and the morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S r DNA sequence were further tested to identify the species of biocontrol bacteria. [Results] SHBN-4,KYXN-10 and KYXN-12 have high inhibitory effects on R. solani with the diameters of the inhibition zone of 21.50,28.17 and 23.00 mm respectively and the sclerotium germination inhibition rates are 89.51%, 70.62% and 56.14%respectively. In the field control effect test, the protective effect of the 3 biocontrol strains was higher than the treatment effect. KYXN-10 is Bacillus velezensis. KYXN-12 is B. altitudinis. SHBN-4 is Brevibacillus laterosporus.[Conclusions] B. altitudinis was the first reported in the biological control of R. solani, which provided a new way for the green control of rice sheath blight.
