摘 要:[目的]提高药剂对花蓟马的防治效果,减少药剂使用量和延缓其抗药性发展。[方法]采用叶管药膜法测定了1.8%阿维菌素EC与10种单剂对花蓟马成虫的生物活性及复配后增效作用,并采用喷雾法进行了田间药效试验。[结果]11种药剂中60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC对花蓟马成虫的活性最高,LC50值为0.05 mg/L,22.4%螺虫乙酯SC活性最低,LC50值为63.80 mg/L。药剂复配结果表明:1.8%阿维菌素EC与10%溴氰虫酰胺OD、60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC、25%噻虫嗪WG有效成分(1∶1)复配时对花蓟马具有增效作用。最佳配比试验结果表明:1.8%阿维菌素EC与10%溴氰虫酰胺OD(1∶2)、60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC(1∶1)、25%噻虫嗪WG(5∶1)有效成分复配时增效作用显著,共毒系数分别为629.16、192.06、250.20。田间药效试验结果表明:1.8%阿维菌素EC与10%溴氰虫酰胺OD有效成分(1∶2)复配时,药后1 d对花蓟马的防效较单剂可提高13.27%,可减少10%溴氰虫酰胺OD有效成分用量33.33%,药后3 d防效高达82.07%。[结论]防治花蓟马时,可使用1.8%阿维菌素EC与10%溴氰虫酰胺OD有效成分(1∶2)的复配组合。[Aims] This study aims to improve the control effect of insecticides on flower thrips, reduce the dosage of insecticides and delay the resistance development of pests. [Methods] The biological activity of abamectin 1.8% EC and ten single insecticides to adults of flower thrips were tested using the leaf-tube membrane method, field efficacy test were carried out by spray method. [Results] Among the 11 insecticides, spinetoram 60 g/L SC had the highest activity with LC50of 0.05 mg/L, spirotetramat 22.4% SC had the lowest activity with LC50of 63.80 mg/L on adult of flower thrips. The results of compounding showed that the mixture of abamectin 1.8% EC with cyantraniliprole 10% OD,spinetoram 60 g/L SC and thiamethoxam 25% WG(1:1) indicated synergistic effect on adults of flower thrips. The results of the optimal mixture ratio showed that the mixture of abamectin 1.8% EC with cyantraniliprole 10% OD(1:2),spinetoram 60 g/L SC(1:1) and thiamethoxam 25% WG(5:1) had significant synergistic effect, and the coefficients of co-toxicity were 629.16, 192.06, 250.20, respectively. The results of field efficacy test showed that the combination of abamectin 1.8% EC with cyantraniliprole 10% OD(1:2) had a significant synergistic effect on flower thrips by 13.27%compared with single insecticide after one day application, and reduced the dosage of cyantraniliprole 10% OD active ingredient by 33.33%, furthermore the control efficacy was 82.07% after three days application. [Conclusions] Therefore,the mixture of active ingredient(1:2) of abamectin 1.8% EC and cyantraniliprole 10% OD can be used for the control of flower thrips.
