摘  要:在生态环境被不断破坏的背景下,各国均致力于尽快实现二氧化碳(CO)的净零排放,据此,我国也设立了“双碳目标”。然而,目前许多传统工业仍然在大量使用以化石、煤炭和石油为来源的石油基材料,这不仅消耗了不可再生资源,也会产生大量不可降解、难以回收的工业废弃物,因此亟需进行有益于生态发展的产业调整。针对汽车内饰行业中PVC人造革材料的制备生产,提出了4条可持续发展思路,包括使用新型环保生物基材料,充分利用二次回收的循环材料,采用低能耗工艺,以及进行轻量化设计,以期早日实现PVC人造革材料的自循环可持续生产与应用。Under the background of the continuous destruction of the ecological environment, all countries in the world are committed to achieve net zero emissions of carbon dioxide as soon as possible. Accordingly, China has also set up a double carbon target. However, now many of the traditional industry is still in the extensive use of petroleum base material from fossil, coal and oil, which not only consumes non-renewable resources, but also produces a large amount of non-biodegradable and difficult to recycle industrial wastes. Therefore, industrial adjustment beneficial to ecological development is urgently needed. In view of the preparation and production of PVC artificial leather materials in the automotive interior industry, four specific solutions for sustainable development goals are put forward, including the use of new environmentally friendly bio-based materials, the fully use of recycled materials, the use of low energy consumption process, and lightweight design, to realize the self-circulation green sustainable production and application of PVC artificial leather materials as soon as possible.
