摘  要:针对使用植物靛蓝染泥进行散纤维染色时纤维表面杂质多、摩擦因数大的问题,探究了染液处理对染色样品的影响,对样品颜色和纺纱指标进行了测试。结果表明,向未处理染液中加入适量明矾可以在保证纤维染色效果的前提下有效除杂,并使水洗前的纤维摩擦因数由0.324 1降至0.245 1,水洗后的摩擦因数由0.295 8降至0.201 5,纱线条干变异系数降低20%以上,不匀率降低10%以上,是一种简单有效的提高靛泥染纤维可纺性的方法。In view of the problems of many impurities on the fiber surface, and large friction coefficient in bulk dyeing of cotton fiber with plant indigo, the influence of dye solution treatment on the dyed samples is explored, and the color and spinning indexes are tested. The results show that adding an appropriate amount of alum to the untreated dye solution could effectively remove impurities on the premise of ensuring the dyeing effect of the fiber, reduce the fiber friction coefficient from 0.324 1 to 0.245 1 before washing, reduce the fiber friction coefficient from 0.295 8 to 0.201 5 after washing, reduce the yarn dry variation coefficient by more than 20% and the unevenness by more than 10%. It can be used as a simple and effective method to improve the spinnability of indigo dyed fiber.
