摘　　要：乱管组织是在局部管状织物的基础上进一步发展而来的,管子或大或小、或长或短,随机排列。阐述了乱管组织的设计要点,分析了面料生产过程中容易产生边不良、边纬缩、三跳疵点的原因,并针对具体问题提出了解决措施。生产实践表明:所生产成品下机一等品率达到86%,织机的平均生产效率达到89%。Random tube weave is further development on the basis of local tubular fabric. The tubes are large or small, long or short, and arranged randomly. The design key points of disordered tube structure is expounded, the causes of the defects such as edge defect, edge weft shrinkage and three jumps in the fabric production process are analyzed, and the solutions to the specific problems are put forward. The production practice shows that the first-class product rate of the finished product reaches 86%, and the average production efficiency of the loom reaches 89%, which ensures the smooth production.
