摘 要:以碳纤维长丝和聚乙烯为原料采用膜热压成型的方法制备复合材料,测试不同加热时间、热压压力、加热温度、增强相百分比下复合材料的拉伸断裂强力,分析各工艺参数对复合材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着加热温度和加热时间的增加,复合材料的拉伸断裂强力值都呈现先增加后平稳的变化趋势,240℃和30 min是比较适合的加热温度和加热时间;增加热压压力可以显著提高复合材料的断裂强力;随着增强相占比的增加,复合材料的拉伸断裂强力值呈现先增加后减小的趋势;对于碳纤维增强聚乙烯复合材料,增强相占比应控制在70%以内。The carbon fiber filament and polyethylene are used as raw materials to prepare composites by film hot pressing, the molding process parameters such as heating time, hot pressing pressure, heating temperature and the tensile breaking strength of the composites under reinforcement phase percentage are tested, and the effects of various process parameters on the mechanical properties of the composites are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of heating temperature and heating time, the tensile breaking strength of the composites increases first and then keeps steadily. 240 ℃ and 30 min are the more suitable heating temperature and heating time. The increase of hot pressing pressure could significantly improve the fracture strength of composites. With the increase of the proportion of reinforcing phase, the tensile breaking strength of the composites increases first and then decreases. For carbon fiber reinforced polyethylene composites, the proportion of reinforcing phase should be controlled within 70%.
