摘 要:旨在研究不同饲养模式对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响。试验选取70日龄海兰褐蛋鸡300只,随机分成2个组,笼养组蛋鸡采用笼养,平养组蛋鸡为地面平养,每组5个重复,每个重复30只鸡,两组蛋鸡试验期间饲喂相同饲粮。试验期间测定150日龄和180日龄的蛋品质和血清指标。结果显示:笼养组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著高于平养组蛋鸡(P<0.05);笼养组蛋鸡的料蛋比显著低于平养组蛋鸡(P<0.05);笼养蛋鸡蛋黄颜色显著小于平养组(P<0.05);150日龄笼养蛋鸡蛋白高度显著小于平养组(P<0.05);180日龄笼养蛋鸡鸡蛋哈夫单位显著小于平养组(P<0.05);150日龄笼养蛋鸡血清IgA、IgG和IgM含量显著小于平养组(P<0.05),笼养蛋鸡血清新城疫抗体滴度显著小于平养组(P<0.05)。结果提示:笼养模式下蛋鸡的产蛋性能最佳,但平养模式有助于增强蛋鸡免疫机能并提高蛋品质。This experiment was to study the effects of different feeding methods on the performance, egg quality, immune function and serum biochemical indexes of Hy-Line brown hens in the early laying stage. A total of 300 70-day-old Hy-Line brown hens were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 30 chickens in each replicate. The layers in the cage group were caged, and the layers in the free-range group were in a ground free range. The two groups of layers were fed with the same diet during the experiment when the egg quality and serum indexes of the hens at 150 and 180 days of age were measured, respectively. The results were as follows: The laying rate of the hens in the cage group was significantly higher than that in the free range group(P<0.05). The feed-egg ratio of the laying hens in the cage group was significantly lower than that in the free range group(P<0.05). Compared with the cage group, the laying hens in the free range group significantly increased their yolk color(P<0.05). The rate of egg protein produced by the 150 day old caged hens was significantly lower than that of the hens in ground free range(P<0.05). The egg huff unit of the 180 day old caged hens was significantly lower than that of the hens in the free range group(P<0.05). The contents of serum IgA, IgG and IgM in the 150 day old caged laying hens were significantly lower than those in the free range group(P<0.05), and the titer of blood fresh urban disease antibody in the caged laying hens was significantly lower than that in the hens of the free range group(P<0.05).
