摘  要:为了给猪源益生菌制剂的研究与开发提供更多理论依据,从小型巴马猪粪便中分离获得罗伊氏乳杆菌GL001,对该分离菌株的生长特性、产酸性能、模拟胃肠道环境下的耐受能力、药物敏感性及动物安全性进行检测。结果显示:罗伊氏乳杆菌GL001能迅速进入对数生长期,在16 h达到最高生长点后,pH值也相应变平稳;罗伊氏乳杆菌GL001在模拟的胃液环境中,1.5 h的存活率为93.84%,3 h后为88.41%;对0.3%的胆盐环境耐受性强;罗伊氏乳杆菌GL001对阿莫西林、链霉素、多西环素、氧氟沙星敏感,但对青霉素不敏感;细菌的上清液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有较好的抑制作用;大鼠安全性试验表明,分离的罗伊氏乳杆菌GL001对雌鼠、雄鼠的生长和脏器指数均无影响,大鼠脏器没有细菌异位情况。研究表明,分离得到的罗伊氏乳杆菌GL001可作为潜在饲用益生菌进一步研究。In order to evaluate the probiotic potential of isolated Lactobacillus reuteri(L. reuteri) GL001 and provide more theoretical basis for the research and development of pig-derived probiotic preparations, L. reuteri GL001 was isolated from the feces of minipigs in this study, and the growth characteristics, acid production performance, tolerance to simulate the gastrointestinal environment, drug sensitivity and animal safety of the isolated strains were examined. The results showed that L. reuteri GL001 could rapidly enter the logarithmic growth phase and reach the highest growth point at 16 h. The pH also tended to be stable after 16 h. The survival rate of L. reuteri GL001 was 93.84% at 1.5 h and 88.41% after 3 h in a simulated gastric juice environment;L. reuteri GL001 was sensitive to amoxicillin, streptomycin, doxycycline and ofloxacin, but not to penicillin. The supernatant of bacteria had good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. In addition, the safety test in rats showed that the isolated L. reuteri GL001 had no effect on the growth and organ index of female and male rats, and there was no bacterial ectopy in the organs of rats. Various results indicated that the isolated L. reuteri GL001 could be used as a potential feeding probiotic for further study.
