摘　　要：通过运用预防性养护理念及系统的决策树模型,对上海市某段高架快速路的养护方案进行选择。经过预防性养护标准判断、预防性养护对策库选择、费用效益分析和综合评判这四个关键步骤,以PCI为判断指标,综合考虑预防性养护措施的使用寿命和单位费用等经济因素,采用等效年度费用(EAC)方法,对所有选出的预防性养护措施进行费用效益比较,进一步选出费用效益良好的预防性养护措施,从而确定最佳预防性养护措施。通过实体工程案例的应用,为预防性养护的推广提供示范。Through the use of preventive conservation concepts and decision tree models,certain preventive conservation measures for Shanghai elevated expressway were selected.After the selection of preventive maintenance criteria,preventive conservation countermeasures library selection,cost-benefit analysis and comprehensive evaluation,PCI was chosen as the decision index.By comprehensively considering the economic factors such as the service life and unit cost of preventive maintenance measures,the cost-benefit comparison of all selected preventive maintenance measures is compared using the equivalent annual cost(EAC)method.Preventive maintenance measures with good cost benefits are further selected to determine the best preventive maintenance measures.The application of engineering cases provides a demonstration to the promotion of preventive maintenance.
