摘  要:根据上海市某公路工程实例,研究了通航河道上大跨径下承式全钢结构系杆拱桥施工监控要点。明确监控目标,分析可能导致目标偏离的因素,采取高效测试手段,精准控制好拱肋和主梁线形,辅以结构应力监测,科学制定吊杆张拉方案,结合拱、梁变形情况,合理控制索力,并形成良好的结构空间线形和有利的内力状态,安全高效地达到成桥目标。监控结果表明,结构变形和受力均与有限元分析结果吻合且安全可控,验证了监控方案的可行性,可为类似特殊施工条件下的拱桥施工提供实例参考。According to an example of a highway project in Shanghai,the key points of the construction monitoring of a long-span through-type all-steel-structure tied arch bridge on a navigable river are studied.The monitoring target is clarified.Factors that may cause the target to deviate were analyzed.Efficient testing methods were adopted.Alignment of the arch rib and main beam are accurately controlled.Supplemented by structural stress monitoring,the suspender tension plan are scientifically formulated.Combining the deformation of the arch and beam,the cable force is reasonably controlled,agood structural space linearity and a favorable internal force state is formed.The goal of bridge completion is achieved safely and efficiently.The monitoring results show that the structural deformation and forces are consistent with the finite element analysis results and are safe and controllable,which verifies the feasibility of the monitoring scheme and can provide reference for arch bridge construction under similar special construction conditions.
