摘  要:大理古城是中国优秀旅游城市的核心区,也是大理国家历史文化名城的核心组成部分。旅游古城的发展带来的交通需求日益增长,与传统的街巷格局亟需保护之间的矛盾突出。因此,基于古城区保护的交通规划与整治地位越来越显著。在分析古城保护需求和现状交通特征的基础上,以古城普遍面临的交通发展困境为切入点,探讨交通系统规划与历史文化街区保护的关系,从而确定历史文化城区保护情况下的古城交通发展基本原则,并提出具有古城特征的外围道路交通组织优化建议,利用Vissim交通仿真模型,模拟大凤路古城区域交通组织优化前后城市道路的交通服务等级变化情况。通过分析交通组织优化前后的城市交通仿真模型运行结果,立足历史文化传统保护,规划和改善古城区综合交通体系,充分考虑人行集散需求,优化承载历史文化城区底蕴的慢行交通。The Dali Ancient city is the core area of China’s excellent tourist city,and it is also the core component of Dali’s national historical and cultural city.The contradiction between the increasing traffic demand brought by the development of the tourist and the urgent need to protect the traditional street pattern is prominent.Therefore,the protection of the ancient city based on transportation planning and organization optimization is becoming more and more important.On the basis of analyzing the protection needs of the ancient city and the current traffic characteristics,this paper takes the traffic development dilemma generally faced by the ancient city as the breakthrough point,and discusses the relationship between the transportation system planning and the protection of historical and cultural blocks,so as to determine the basic transportation development of the ancient city under the protection of historical and cultural urban areas.The principle of traffic organization optimization of peripheral roads with the characteristics of the ancient city is proposed.Vissim traffic simulation model is used to simulate the change of the traffic service level of urban roads before and after the optimization of the regional traffic organization in the ancient city of Dafeng Road.By analyzing the operation results of the urban traffic simulation model before and after the optimization of the traffic organization,the comprehensive traffic system in the ancient city is planned and improved based on the protection of historical and cultural traditions.Pedestrian distribution needs are fully considered to optimize the slow traffic carrying the historical and cultural heritage of the urban area.
