摘 要:采用连续性变化的对接间隙对10 mm厚的A356-T6板材进行不焊透对接搅拌摩擦焊,研究A356-T6板材搅拌摩擦焊接对间隙的包容程度,分析了接头的组织、力学性能及断口形貌。结果表明:当间隙小于0.6 mm时,可获得具有良好力学性能的接头。其中当间隙在0.3 mm以内时,接头内部无缺陷的理想接头,焊接系数高于0.7;当间隙增大到0.6 mm时,接头力学性能稍有降低,断口出现尺寸为0.069 mm的较小孔洞缺陷,这3种间隙下的断口均呈典型的韧性断裂特征。当间隙为0.9、1.2 mm时,接头力学性能显著降低,接头断口分别出现尺寸为0.134、0.195 mm的隧道孔,呈韧性断裂和准解理断裂的混合断裂特征。The non-penetration butt friction stir welding of 10 mm thick A356-T6 plate was carried out under continuous change of butt gap. The tolerance of A356-T6 plate friction stir welding to the gap was studied, and the microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture morphology of the joints were analyzed. The results show that when the gap is less than 0.6 mm, a joint with good mechanical properties can be obtained. When the gap is within 0.3 mm, an ideal joint with no defects inside the joint can be obtained, the welding coefficient is higher than 0.7, when the gap increases to0.6 mm, the mechanical properties of the joint are slightly reduced, the welding coefficient is 0.65, a small hole defect with size of 0.069 mm appears in the joint fracture, and the fracture under the three gaps shows typical ductile fracture characteristics. When the gap is 0.9 and 1.2 mm, the mechanical properties of the joints are significantly reduced, the fracture has tunnel holes with sizes of 0.134 mm and 0.195 mm respectively, which shows mixed fracture characteristics of ductile fracture and quasi-cleavage fracture.
