摘 要:对钻井泵主轴承座的铸造工艺进行了模拟和优化。应用UG软件进行铸件3D建模,利用ProCAST软件进行凝固过程数值模拟,对铸件缺陷部位进行切片分析,并优化了铸造工艺方案。结果表明:采用水平浇注方式和大模数发热保温冒口,增大了热节部位钢水补缩量,同时在冒口远端放置外冷铁,使铸件形成顺序凝固;采用优化工艺方案成功消除了铸件关键区域的缩孔缩松缺陷。The casting process of main bearing pedestal used in drilling pump was simulated and optimized.The casting3D model was built by using UG software, the solidification process of the casting was numerically simulated by using ProCAST software, and slice analysis of casting defects was carried out. The results show that using horizontal pouring casting method and big module exothermic riser, the feeding amount of molten steel in the hot spot is increased. At the same time, the external cold iron is placed at the far end of the riser to make the casting solidify sequentially. The shrinkage cavity and porosity in the key area of the casting are eliminated successfully by using the optimized process scheme.
