摘 要:通过氟盐法制得一种新的Al-Mg-Cu-(La)合金细化剂。通过实验测试研究了氟盐反应时间对Al-Mg-Cu-(La)合金组织演变的影响。结果表明:铝熔体和氟盐之间的反应时间并不会造成合金物相结构的明显变化。加入La元素后,依然存在Al_(2)Cu与AlMg相的特征峰,同时检测出了Al_(3)MgLa的衍射峰。Al-Mg-Cu-La合金中形成的AlMg与Al_(3)MgLa第二相晶粒尺寸比Al-Mg-Cu合金晶粒更小,加入La元素能对AlMg中间相发挥变质细化的效果。增加反应时间在合金中形成了更高比例的Mg。La可以促进氟盐和铝熔体更快完成化学反应过程,起到明显的催化效果,使Al达到更充分的反应程度。A new refinement agent of Al-Mg-Cu-(La)alloys was prepared by fluoride salt method.The effects of fluoride salt reaction time on the microstructure evolution of Al-Mg-Cu-(La)alloys were studied by experimental test.The results show that the reaction time between aluminum melt and fluoride salt does not change the phase structure of the alloys.After adding La element,the characteristic peaks of Al_(2)Cu and Al Mg phase still exist.At the same time,the diffraction peaks of the Al_(3)Mg La are detected.The grain sizes of the second phase of Al Mg and Al_(3)Mg La formed in Al-Mg-Cu-La alloy are smaller than those of Al-Mg-Cu alloy,and the addition of La element can exert the effect of metamorphism and refinement on Al Mg mesophase.A higher proportion of Mg is formed in the alloy by increasing the reaction time.La can accelerate the chemical reaction process between fluorine salt and aluminum melt,play an obvious catalytic effect,and make Al reach a more adequate reaction degree.
