摘  要:针对新能源电动车用动力电池箱体结构减重的要求,选用AZ31镁合金薄板,采用等离子弧焊接制造车用电池箱体。对焊接接头进行了组织和性能分析,并通过ANSYS软件对焊接后的电池箱体进行模拟评价其承载后的寿命。结果表明:AZ31镁合金焊缝组织为α-Mg固溶体和晶界处呈点状析出的β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相。焊缝处显微硬度均值为70.3 HV。焊接接头抗拉强度均值为185 MPa,达到母材的82.2%,接头断裂形式为脆性断裂。模拟结果表明,焊接丁字接头处和箱体内部挡板所受应力与变形量较大,箱底所受应力和变形量较小。电池箱体在101~147 MPa载荷下的寿命为1.335×10^(6)~8.994×10^(7)周次,可满足日常车用电池箱体的使用要求。Aiming at the requirements of weight loss of the battery box structure for new energy electric vehicles,AZ31magnesium alloy plate was used to manufacture the power battery box by plasma welding.The microstructure and properties of the welded joints were investigated,and the life of the welded box under loading was simulated and evaluated through ANSYS software.The results show that the weld microstructure of the AZ31 magnesium alloy isα-Mg solid solution andβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12)precipitated around the grain boundaries in dot shape.The mean microhardness of the AZ31 weld zone is 70.3 HV,and the mean tensile strength of the welded joint is 185 MPa,which reaches 82%of the base metal.The fracture mode of the joint exhibits brittle fracture.The simulation results show that the stress and deformation of the welded joint and the internal baffle of the box are bigger than those of the box at the bottom.The life of the battery box is 1.335×10^(6)-8.994×10^(7)cycles under the load of 101-147 MPa,which can meet the daily use requirements of vehicle battery box.
