摘  要:胶结充填体蠕变特征直接影响矿山安全生产。基于此,制备不同灰砂质量比的胶结充填体试样,结合超声波监测技术开展了单轴压缩和分级蠕变试验,获取了不同应力水平下胶结充填体蠕变变形、超声波波速与损伤演化规律,探讨了胶结充填体蠕变硬化和损伤特征,引入硬化与损伤函数,构建了考虑硬化-损伤特征的胶结充填体非线性蠕变本构模型,并进行了验证。研究结果表明:1)胶结充填体蠕变过程是其内部应力不断调整、硬化和损伤不断发展并共同作用的结果;2)同一应力水平下,减速蠕变阶段,胶结充填体硬化作用占主导;稳定蠕变阶段,胶结充填体硬化作用与损伤作用相互抵消;加速蠕变阶段,胶结充填体损伤作用占主导;3)不同应力水平下,胶结充填体硬化与损伤特征存在差异性:减速和等速应力水平,胶结充填体硬化特征显著;加速应力水平,胶结充填体损伤特征显著;4)构建的胶结充填体非线性蠕变本构模型与各试验数据均有较高吻合度,较好地表征了胶结充填体蠕变硬化和损伤特征。研究成果可为胶结充填体稳定性和矿山安全生产提供理论依据。Based on that creep characteristics of cemented backfill directly affect mine safety production, combining with ultrasonic monitoring technology, cemented backfill samples with different cement sand mass ratio were carried out. The creep deformation, ultrasonic wave velocity and damage evolution laws of cemented backfill under different stress levels were obtained after the uniaxial compression and step creep tests. By introducing hardening and damage function, the nonlinear creep constitutive model of cemented backfill was established and verified. The results have shown that: 1) The creep process of cemented backfill is the result of the constant adjustment of internal stress and development of hardening and damage. 2) Under the same stress level, the hardening of cemented backfill is dominant in the deceleration creep stage;the hardening and damage of cemented backfill counteract each other in the stable creep stage;the damage of cemented backfill is dominant in the acceleration creep stage.3) The hardening and damage characteristics of cemented backfill are different under different stress levels: the hardening characteristics of cemented backfill are significant under deceleration and constant stress levels;the damage characteristics of cemented backfill are significant under acceleration stress levels. 4) The nonlinear creep constitutive model of cemented backfill is in good agreement with the experimental data, which can better characterize the creep hardening and damage characteristics of cemented backfill.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the stability of cemented backfill and mine safety production.
