摘  要:中小型煤矿地质力学参数普遍匮乏,巷道围岩稳定性评价缺乏定量化方法和指标,巷道支护设计以经验为主。在系统测试分析巷道围岩工程地质条件的基础上,确定巷道围岩强度、顶板裂隙岩层发育厚度、地应力量值及采动影响是晋阳煤炭事业部中小型煤矿巷道围岩稳定性关键影响因素。基于巷道围岩强度、围岩结构和地应力现场原位测定结果,提出顶板应力强度因子、煤体应力强度因子和顶板松散性系数3个综合指标,将各综合指标进行交叉组合,结合巷道矿压显现程度,对巷道围岩稳定性进行定量化评价。根据分级结果,结合采动影响、巷道服务年限和巷道跨度等条件,提出以预应力锚杆支护为基础的巷道围岩分级支护形式和支护参数,并成功进行工业性应用,保证了巷道掘进和回采期间的稳定。研究成果对提升中小型煤矿巷道支护技术水平具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。The geomechanical parameters of small and medium coal mines are generally scarce, the stability evaluation of roadway surrounding rock lacks quantitative methods and indicators, and the roadway support design mainly is based on experience. Based on systematic tests and analysis of engineering geological conditions of roadway surrounding rock, the strength of roadway surrounding rock, the development thickness of fracture zone in rock, the value of geostress and the mining-induced stresses has been determined as the key factors affecting the stability of roadway surrounding rock in small and medium coal mines of Jinyang Coal Business Department. Based on strength and structure of surrounding rock, and the in-situ measurement results of geostress, three comprehensive indexes have been proposed, including roof stress intensity factor, coal stress intensity factor and roof looseness coefficient. Further, three comprehensive indexes have been cross combined, and the stability of roadway surrounding rock has been quantitatively evaluated with the degree of roadway ground pressure behavior. According to classification results, combined with the mining influence, roadway service life, roadway span and other conditions, the classification support form and support parameters of roadway surrounding rock based on prestressed anchor rods support have been proposed, which have been successfully applied in engineering to ensure the stability in the process of roadway excavation and mining. Research results have certain theoretical significance and practical value for improving the roadway support technology level of small and medium coal mines.
