摘　　要：采用丙酮法分三步合成了不同异氰酸根指数(R值)的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WPUA)。通过硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)和十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(FAS-17)制备了硅烷改性二氧化硅(GSiO_(2))。利用物理掺杂二氧化硅气凝胶(SA),制备了SA-WPUA和GSiO_(2)/SA-WPUA涂层织物。通过热重分析仪(TG)、接触角以及拉伸强度等测试对涂层织物进行了表征,讨论了GSiO_(2)对SA-WPUA涂层织物性能的影响以及WPUA乳液的R值对GSiO_(2)/SA-WPUA涂层织物各项性能的影响。研究结果表明:GSiO_(2)对SA-WPUA涂层织物的疏水性、力学性能和热稳定性起到了增强作用;随着WPUA乳液R值的提高,GSiO_(2)/SA-WPUA涂层织物的疏水性能有所提高,热分解温度呈先增大后减小的趋势,断裂强力逐渐上升,断裂伸长率逐渐下降;当WPUA乳液的R值为1.4时,GSiO_(2)/SA-WPUA涂层织物的综合性能较好。Waterborne polyurethane acrylate(WPUA) with different isocyanate index(R value) was synthesized by acetone in three steps.Silane-modified silica(GSiO_(2)) was prepared by silane coupling agent γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH-550) and 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl triethoxysilane(FAS-17).Using physically doped silica aerogel(SA),SA-WPUA and GSiO_(2)/SA-WPUA coated fabric were prepared.The coated fabric was characterized by thermogravimetric analyzer(TG),contact angle and tensile strength test.The effects of GSiO_(2) on the properties of SA-WPUA coated fabric and the effects of R value of WPUA emulsion on the properties of GSiO_(2)/SA-WPUA coated fabric were discussed.The research results showed that GSiO_(2) enhanced the hydrophobicity,mechanical properties and thermal stability of SA-WPUA coated fabric.With the increase of R value of WPUA emulsion,the hydrophobicity of GSiO_(2)/SA-WPUA coated fabric was improved to a certain extent,the thermal decomposition temperature increased first and then decreased,the breaking strength increased gradually,and the elongation at break decreased gradually.When the R value of WPUA emulsion was 1.4,the comprehensive properties of GSiO_(2)/SA-WPUA coated fabric were relatively good.
