摘  要:以聚硅氮烷(PSN)为固化剂,加至羟基封端聚甲基硅氧烷基体中,制备了室温硫化硅橡胶。通过热失重分析技术(TG)探究了硅橡胶的热降解动力学机理。研究结果表明:PSN固化硅橡胶产物的降解反应符合相界面反应(圆柱形对称)模型,并确定了热降解反应动力学方程。Room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber was prepared by using polysilazane(PSN)as curing agent and adding it into hydroxyl-terminated polymethylsiloxane matrix.The kinetic mechanism of thermal degradation of silicone rubber was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The research results showed that the degradation reaction of PSN cured silicone rubber product conformed to the phase interface reaction(cylindrical symmetry)model,and the kinetic equation of thermal degradation reaction was determined.
