摘  要:将氧化石墨烯与二氧化锰混合,用来作为聚硫醚密封剂的复合硫化组分。通过在硫化过程中产生新型的交联网络结构,提升了聚硫醚密封剂的各项性能。研究结果表明:当w(氧化石墨烯)=2%(相对于二氧化锰的质量而言)时,配合适当的超声波分散工艺,氧化石墨烯对聚硫醚密封剂的增强效果显著;将氧化石墨烯修饰的二氧化锰用于聚硫醚的硫化过程,能够促进二氧化锰的分散及与聚硫醚橡胶的充分接触,提升二氧化锰的催化硫化效率,实现更好的硫化效果;同时氧化石墨烯本身优异的屏蔽作用,能够赋予密封剂材料优异的“三防”性能。Graphene oxide was mixed with manganese dioxide and used as the composite vulcanization component of polythioether sealant.The properties of polythioether sealant were improved by generating a new type of crosslinked network structure in the vulcanization process.The research results showed that when w(graphene oxide)=2%(relative to the mass of manganese dioxide),with the appropriate ultrasonic dispersion process,the enhancement effect of graphene oxide on polythioether sealant was remarkable.The application of graphene oxide modified manganese dioxide in the vulcanization process of polythioether could promote the dispersion of manganese dioxide and the full contact with polythioether rubber,which could improve the catalytic vulcanization efficiency of manganese dioxide and achieve better vulcanization effect.At the same time,the excellent shielding effect of graphene oxide itself could endow the sealant material with excellent“three-proofings”performance.
