耐高温脱肟型单组分氟硅密封剂及其配套底涂的研制

摘  要:采用液体氟硅橡胶作为生胶,加入填料、助剂和交联剂,制备了耐高温脱肟型单组分氟硅密封剂。研制了配套底涂,并对密封剂及其配套底涂的性能进行了力学性能、热空气老化、180°剥离等测试。研究结果表明:交联剂的结构、填料种类和耐热剂显著影响密封剂的耐温性能,采用苯基三丁酮肟基硅烷、硅氮烷表面处理的气相二氧化硅和氧化铁的密封剂具有较好的工艺性能和耐热老化性能;底涂的粘接性能受活性组分影响,含有钛酸四异丙酯、γ-(2,3-环氧丙烷)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和正硅酸乙酯的底涂具有最优异的粘接性能。High temperature resistance hydroxime one-component fluorosilicone sealant was prepared by using liquid fluorosilicone rubber as raw rubber and adding filler,additive and crosslinking agent.The matching primer was developed,and the mechanical properties,hot air aging test,180° peel test of the sealant and the properties of its matching primer were tested.The research results showed that the structure of crosslinking agent,the type of filler and heat resistant agent significantly affected the temperature resistance of sealant.The sealant with phenyltributylketone oxime silane,silazane surface treated fumed silica and iron oxide had the excellent process performance and heat aging resistance.The bonding performance of primer was affected by active component,and the primer containing tetraisopropyl titanate,γ-(2,3-propylene oxide)propyltrimethoxysilane and tetraethyl orthosilicate had the best bonding properties.
